This three day guided walk from Christchurch to Akaroa begins with a hike along the Summit Ridge with stunning views of the Southern Alps. Visit historic sites along the way before your first overnight stop at Godley House in Diamond Harbour. On day two continue 19km of ridge trails taking in awesome harbour and valley views along the way, accommodation on day two is at Pentrip Lodge. Day three is a meandering walk down through valley tracks to Akaroa Harbour, you will then take a short boat ride across to Akaroa Village to spend your final night and reflect back on your accomplishments over a final evening meal at one of Akaroa's top restaurants. On the final day you will be transported back to Christchurch and then it is time to bid farewell to your fellow hikers and new found friends.
